Service Dog Rescue A No-Kill, Non-Profit 501c Corporation Rescuing & Training the Working Dog Breeds
Service Dog Rescue is a stand alone, no-kill, non-profit 501c Corporation that rescues, rehabilitates, and traines the working dog breeds. Service Dog Rescue serves the various working breeds by providing an aggressive, no-kill, rescue program that evaluates each working dog to ascertain its potential to be trained and certified as a working Police, Military, or Private Service Dog. Those canines that do not quite meet the stringent standards required to be certified as a working Service Dog, will be then re-evaluated, re-trained and socialized to become canine good citizens and great family pets.
Service Dog Rescue is a stand alone corporation that is allied with Von Asgard K-9 Center (Von Asgard has donated promotional advertising and the use of its outstanding K-9 facility) and Service Dog Association (SDAssoc. has donated its public relations support and access to its comprehensive Service Dog Certification Programs).
