Service Dog Association (SDAssoc.)
Service Dog Association (SDAssoc.) Membership:
SDAssoc. Member - Those individuals who want to enter their dogs in SDAssoc. Certification Trials for the purpose of earning K-9 Team certifications & titles.
- Perspective SDAssoc. Members must exhibit sportsmanship and safety at all times.
- SDAssoc. Membership is annual membership and expires Dec. 31st of that year.
- SDAssoc. Members renewal dues shall be due each year by Jan. 31 for that calender year. A membership is deemed lapsed if not recieved by the end of Feb.
- SDAssoc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel an individual's membership should he/she be deemed detrimental to the association as determined solely by SDAssoc.

Pay by check option: Submit your full name, address, and telephone number along with your check made out to "Service Dog Association" or "SDAssoc.".
